Exercises to Restore Balance: Many ailments, including vasomotor rhinitis, may be related to the body's energy imbalance. It is important to restore this balance through simple and regular exercises.
Perform the following exercises every day without skipping any:
Sit on the floor and twist your torso, extending your arms to one side and your head to the opposite side. Repeat the twists 65 times, then click your teeth three times and swallow.
Sitting on a chair or on the floor, turn your head to the left, then to the right, pressing it against your shoulder. Then lean forward and lean back. Count to 36-42 times while holding your head on one shoulder.
Stick out your tongue and sharply throw your head back, trying to touch the tip of your nose with the tip of your tongue. Repeat this 21 times, raising and lowering your head 36 times.
To relieve nasal congestion and discomfort, it is helpful to rotate your eyeballs clockwise or counterclockwise at any time - at home, on the bus, or before sleep. Count to 21-36 or 108 times.
A headstand can also help, but it should only be done under the supervision of an instructor.
