Treating avitaminosis with black currant buds: folk healers recommend preparing a vitamin tea from black currant buds. To do this, brew 1 teaspoon of dried or wilted buds in a glass of boiling water. After infusing for 20 minutes, strain the liquid. For a health benefit, it is recommended to consume this tea at a rate of 1 glass two to three times a day.
Dry wines and cognac in the fight against avitaminosis: according to folk medicine, all types of dry wines and cognac are beneficial when dealing with avitaminosis. The tannins in these beverages enhance the action of vitamin C, making them an excellent addition to lemon. Cognac also has a vasodilating effect.
Benefits of orange juice: daily consumption of one glass of natural orange juice in 1-2 servings is an excellent means for the prevention and treatment of avitaminosis.
Juices for combating avitaminosis: mixing celery juice with other juices yields good results. Particularly effective combinations include: carrot, beet, celery (8:3:5); carrot, cabbage, celery (1:4:5); carrot, celery, radish (8:5:3). Consuming celery and carrot juices helps restore nerve tissues in cases of nervous disorders.
Strawberries, honey, and kiwi: for the prevention of avitaminosis in summer, it is recommended to consume 100-150 grams of strawberries mixed with 2 teaspoons of honey and one finely chopped kiwi daily.
Recipes for super-vitaminized drinks: simple folk remedies for the prevention and treatment of avitaminosis:
Half a glass of water, juice of half a lemon, and 1 tablespoon of honey.
Half a cup of tomato juice mixed with an equal portion of kefir (preferably homemade).
To cleanse the body of toxins - chop a piece of ginger the size of a thumb nail, pour hot water over it, cool it down, and add lemon juice and a teaspoon of honey. It is important not to add honey and lemon to water that is too hot to preserve their beneficial properties!
Folk method of replenishing vitamin E: grape seeds contain 500 times more vitamin E than the berries themselves. They can be collected, washed, dried, and then ground in a coffee grinder, brewing them like tea. Vitamin E helps with hormone deficiencies and promotes rejuvenation.
Vitamin tea from rose hips and hawthorn: in cold weather, it is recommended to drink vitamin tea made from hawthorn and rose hip fruits. For this, take half a tablespoon of each fruit, brew in a thermos with one glass of boiling water, and consume hot.
