Viburnum Juice:
To prepare the juice, squeeze the berries of viburnum and mix with sugar (2 kilograms of sugar are needed for 1 liter of juice). It is recommended to take 2-3 tablespoons 3-4 times a day, diluting with water beforehand. An alternative option: dried berries can be infused in a thermos, using 3-4 tablespoons per 0.5 liters of boiling water. Drink the infusion throughout the day.
Acorus Root:
Take 1 teaspoon of crushed acorus root and pour a cup of boiling water over it, let it steep for 20 minutes. It is recommended to drink half a cup 4 times a day 30 minutes before meals.
Infusion of Knotweed Rhizomes:
Pour 20 grams of rhizomes with 1 cup of water and boil for 20 minutes, then strain. Take 1 tablespoon 2-3 times a day half an hour before meals.
Infusion of High Comfrey Root:
To prepare the infusion, pour 1 teaspoon of crushed raw material with 1 cup of boiling water, boil for 5-10 minutes on low heat, then let it steep for 4 hours. Take 1 tablespoon 3-4 times a day.
Parsley Seeds:
Crushed parsley seeds (4 teaspoons) should be poured with a cup of boiling water and boiled for 15 minutes. Take 1 tablespoon 4-6 times a day. Alternatively: infuse 1 teaspoon of seeds in a cup of boiling water for 8 hours and drink 1/4 cup 4 times a day.
Thyme Bath for Menstrual Cycle Disturbance or Migraine:
In the evening, prepare an infusion from 100-200 grams of thyme herb in 2-3 liters of boiling water, pour it into the bath, and soak in it. This will help relieve all ailments.
Lovage:
Pour 2 teaspoons of raw material with a cup of boiling water and drink it throughout the day. Caution: contraindicated during pregnancy!
