Valerian and Dill Seed Infusion:
To improve digestion, it is recommended to take 2-3 tablets of ascorbic acid three times a day before meals. It is important to exclude yeast bread from the diet. It is also beneficial to drink 3/4 cup of valerian and dill seed infusion, prepared from 1 teaspoon of valerian roots and 1 teaspoon of dill seeds in 0.5 liters of boiling water. Let it steep overnight and take 3/4 cup before each meal.
Potato Juice:
It is recommended to drink 1 cup of freshly squeezed potato juice in the morning on an empty stomach. After taking it, it is best to lie in bed for about 30 minutes. Breakfast can be started after an hour. The course lasts for 10 days, after which it can be repeated after 10 days.
Anise Seed Decoction:
To prepare the infusion, you need to pour 1 teaspoon of anise seeds with 1 cup of boiling water and let it steep for 20 minutes. Consume 1/4 cup 3-4 times a day 20 minutes before meals.
Chamomile Decoction:
Pour 1 tablespoon of chamomile flowers with 1 cup of boiling water and boil for 5 minutes. Let it steep for 4 hours. Take 2 tablespoons 4 times a day before meals.
Dandelion Root Infusion:
Pour 2 teaspoons of crushed dandelion root with 1 cup of boiled water and let it steep for 8 hours. Consume 1/4 cup 4 times a day before meals.
Caraway Seed Infusion:
Pour 1 tablespoon of caraway seeds with 1 cup of boiling water and let it steep for 30 minutes. Take 1 tablespoon 3-4 times a day.
Mint:
Pour 2 tablespoons of mint leaves with 2 cups of boiling water. Let it steep for 20 minutes, strain, and take 1/2-1 cup 20 minutes before meals 2-3 times a day.
Wormwood:
Pour 1 teaspoon of crushed wormwood herb with 1 cup of boiling water and let it steep for 30 minutes. Consume 1 tablespoon 3 times a day 15 minutes before meals.
Infusion from Dill Seeds or Herb:
Pour 1 tablespoon of crushed dill fruits or herb into a thermos with 1 cup of boiling water overnight. Strain and take half a cup a day for meteorism.
For an enema, use 5-6 cups of water. After the procedure, lie down with a heating pad on your stomach, and drink hot decoction of dill seeds (1 teaspoon per cup of water).
Herbal Mixture:
Mix mint leaves, anise seeds, caraway seeds, and fennel in equal proportions. Brew 2 teaspoons of the mixture in 1 cup of boiling water, and let it steep in a closed container for 1 hour. Consume in small sips 1 cup throughout the day.
Carrot Seeds:
For bloating (meteorism), pour 1 gram of carrot seeds with 2 cups of boiling water, cover it, and leave for 10 minutes. Drink hot with the seeds, 100 grams 3-4 times a day.
Parsley Root Infusion:
For bloating and increased fermentation in the intestines, especially after consuming garlic, it is beneficial to infuse parsley roots for 40 days. Brew 2 tablespoons of crushed roots in 0.5 liters of boiling water, let it steep overnight, and drink 3/4 cup 10-15 minutes before meals. During menstruation, it is recommended to take a break. During pregnancy, the dose should be reduced by half, consuming only one cup, divided into 5 parts of 50 grams before meals. High doses of parsley can cause miscarriage.
Basil Tea:
Pour 1-2 teaspoons of basil herb with 1/4 liter of boiling water, let it steep for 10-15 minutes, strain, and drink as needed. The treatment course for stomach and intestinal diseases (especially chronic meteorism) lasts for 8 days with daily intake of 2 cups, then a break for 14 days and repeating the course for 8 days.
