Effective Folk Remedies for Treating Dysbiosis

How to effectively cope with intestinal dysbiosis? Folk remedies can be quite helpful!
Common Comfrey:
One of the popular remedies for treating dysbiosis is common comfrey. To prepare the infusion, you need to pour 15 g of crushed roots with 200 ml of boiling water and simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes. It is recommended to take 1 tablespoon 5-6 times a day, but the course should not exceed one month.
Important! It should be noted that this plant can have a negative impact on the liver, so people with liver diseases should avoid it.
"Narine":
As an alternative, you can use the pharmacy concentrate "Narine" to restore intestinal microflora.
Medical Preparations:
The treatment of dysbiosis may also include preparations such as Colibacterin, Lactobacterin, Bifidumbacterin, Vitaflor, and Fervital, which contain high concentrations of lacto- and bifido-bacteria.
Nutrition:
Lacto- and bifido-bacteria can be obtained from fermented dairy products such as acidophilus, buttermilk, natural yogurt, and kefir, where their content is maximized.
Pickled Beets:
Beets also help improve the condition in case of dysbiosis. Preparation: Wash and boil the beets until ready, peel them, and cut into slices. Place in a glass jar and cover with cooled marinade. For the marinade for 1 kg of beets, use 1 liter of water, 2 cups of apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1.5 tablespoons of sugar, 10 black peppercorns, 6 cloves, and 2 bay leaves. After boiling, pour the marinade over the beets. Consume this dish within a week, and the effect will be noticeable almost immediately.
Garlic:
Regular consumption of garlic can positively affect the condition in dysbiosis. It is recommended to thoroughly chew 1-3 cloves and wash it down with buttermilk.
You can also prepare a garlic tincture: peel 200 g of garlic, crush it, pour it with 1 liter of vodka, and infuse in a tightly closed jar for 2 weeks at 30°C. Take 15-20 drops 2-3 times a day.
It is beneficial to use garlic oil. Peel and crush a head of garlic, then place it in a glass jar, pour in 200 g of vegetable oil, and infuse in the refrigerator for 10 hours. Take 1 tablespoon 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals, mixing it with lemon juice. The treatment course lasts 1-3 months, after which take a 1-month break and repeat.
Celery Juice:
Freshly squeezed celery root juice is also helpful in dysbiosis. It is recommended to take 1-2 teaspoons a day 30 minutes before meals.
Jerusalem Artichoke as a Folk Remedy:
Jerusalem artichoke is an excellent remedy for treating dysbiosis. It effectively promotes the growth of acidophilic flora and restores bacterial balance. To prepare the dish with 300 g of Jerusalem artichoke, you will need a glass of milk, 2 tablespoons of butter, 1 tablespoon of wheat flour, greens, and salt to taste. Peel the tubers and cut them into cubes, place them in boiling milk diluted halfway with water, and cook over low heat until ready. Drain the milk, reheat it, add the wheat flour previously sautéed in butter, and cook until thickened. Pour the sauce over the Jerusalem artichoke and mix gently. Serve this healthy dish with finely chopped dill or parsley.
