Herbal bath: To prepare a healing bath, you will need 300 grams of a mixture of herbs, which includes knotweed, bird's knotweed, and bindweed. Pour 5 liters of boiling water over the herbal mixture, let it steep for 2 hours, then strain the resulting broth and add it to the bath. Note that the water temperature should be no lower than +36 °C. It is recommended to take such a bath for 20 minutes every other day, but if necessary, you can do it daily until the symptoms of the sprain or dislocation completely disappear.
