Vitamin Blends for Normalizing Blood Pressure: 1st blend: 3 tablespoons of motherwort herb, 3 tablespoons of mint leaves, 2 tablespoons of lemon balm, 2 tablespoons of juniper cones, and 1 tablespoon of dried dill. Mix all components thoroughly and place them in a glass jar. Pour 2 tablespoons of the mixture with 1 liter of boiling water in a thermos and let it steep for 3-4 hours. Consume half a glass twice a day — in the morning and evening, 30 minutes before meals or 30 minutes after.
2nd blend: 3 tablespoons of rosehip berries, 2 tablespoons of red rowan berries, 2 tablespoons of frozen currants, and 1 tablespoon of nettle. Steep all components in a thermos with 1.5 liters of water and drink throughout the day.
Relaxing Baths for Lowering Blood Pressure: To improve well-being, it is recommended to take baths before bedtime, 1-2 hours before resting. Dissolve half a pack of table salt in a bath at a temperature of 35-38°C, add 7 drops of lavender oil, 5 drops of lemon oil, and 2 drops of fir oil, diluted in a cup of kefir. Bathing time is 10-15 minutes, a light massage of the head is preferable.
A salt bath with valerian tincture will also have a relaxing effect: add 1 bottle of tincture to warm saltwater and take a bath for 10-15 minutes.
Black Rowans: 1) To lower blood pressure, it is recommended to consume 10 grams of berries or 20-25 grams of juice daily for 10-15 days.
Washed and dried fruits can be mashed with sugar (500 grams of berries to 350 grams of sugar) and stored in a cool place. Take 2 tablespoons twice a day.
In cases of diabetes and obesity, it is recommended to prepare a water infusion: pour 1-2 teaspoons of crushed dried fruits with a glass of boiling water, let it steep for 30 minutes, and take 2-3 tablespoons twice a day.
Mixed Juices: Mix 2 cups of beet juice, 250 grams of honey, 1 lemon, 1.5 cups of cranberry juice, and 1 cup of vodka. Take 1 tablespoon 3 times a day an hour before meals.

Garlic Tincture with Vodka: Grind 2 large heads of garlic and pour 250 ml of vodka over them. Steep for 12 days and take 20 drops 3 times a day, 15 minutes before meals for 3 weeks. To enhance the flavor, you can add mint infusion.
Lemon and Garlic: Grind 3 large heads of garlic and 3 lemons, pour with 1 1/4 liters of boiling water, steep for a day, strain, and drink 1 tablespoon 2-3 times a day, 30 minutes before meals.
Horseradish: Grate 250 grams of horseradish, pour with 3 liters of cold water, and boil for 20 minutes. Consume 100 ml 3 times a day.
Calendula Tincture: Prepare a tincture of calendula flowers (2:100 on 40% alcohol or vodka) taking 20-40 drops 3 times a day.
Lemon: Finely chop 2 lemons, sprinkle with 1.5 cups of sugar, let it steep for 6 days and drink it during the day, eating nothing that day, only drinking water with lemon.
Persimmon Juice: It is recommended to drink thick persimmon juice 2-3 cups daily.
Corn Flour: Place 1 tablespoon of corn flour at the bottom of a glass, fill with hot water to the top, and steep overnight. In the morning on an empty stomach, drink only the water, without stirring the sediment.
Carrot Juice, Horseradish, Honey, and Lemon: Mix 1 cup of carrot juice, 1 cup of grated horseradish, 1 cup of honey, and juice of 1 lemon. Store in a cool place, taking 1 teaspoon 3 times a day an hour before meals.
Lingonberry: Drink 1-1/2 cups of lingonberry juice daily.

Boil 2 cups of mashed cranberries with 0.5 cups of sugar and 1 cup of water, strain, and drink instead of tea.

Salt Compress: In stress causing hypertension, it is enough to make 3-4 compresses on the lower back from a towel soaked in a 9% salt solution. If you have kidney pain, kidney treatment is essential.
Beet Infusion: Clean the beet, cut it, place it in a 3-liter jar 2/3 full, pour with cold boiled water, and let it steep for 7-8 days. Take 1/2 cup before meals.
Clay Baths: The water temperature should not exceed 37°C. Mix 3-4 handfuls of clay in the bath, add 5-6 cloves of garlic, and take a bath for 30 minutes. After the bath, wash and rub your body.
Vinegar Foot Compresses: In case of high pressure, bandage the feet with vinegar-soaked fabric. Monitor your blood pressure.
