Effective Methods for Joint Cleansing
There are contraindications. Consult your doctor.
Joint cleansing has become a popular method in folk medicine, especially when there are salt deposits. These deposits form dense formations known as "bumps," which arise from insufficient blood supply to small joints. Thin vessels become sclerosed, and the process becomes almost irreversible. The accumulation of salt formations often occurs without pain, leading to the problem being ignored. As a result, bone "spurs" and other complications can develop. Before starting a cleansing regimen, be sure to consult a doctor if you have a stomach ulcer or duodenal ulcer.
Cleansing Joints with Bay Leaf
Bay leaf is one of the popular remedies for cleansing joints. To prepare the broth, you will need 5 g of bay leaf, which should be crushed and poured with 300 ml of boiling water. Boil over low heat for 5 minutes with the lid off to avoid losing essential oils. After that, place the infusion in a thermos for 4 hours. The strained broth should be consumed in small sips over 12 hours, avoiding sharp intake to prevent side effects. The treatment course lasts 3 days, after which a week-long break is recommended. During this time, it is beneficial to take baths with added oat straw or pine needles.
Every day during the cleansing course, it is recommended to do enemas to remove accumulated toxins.
In the first year, joint cleansing should be done every 3 months, then once a year is sufficient after cleansing the intestines and liver.
Cleansing Joints with Black Radish
The method of cleansing joints with black radish is also widely used. Before use, the radish must be thoroughly washed and soaked in a disinfecting solution for 15-30 minutes. Then grate it and squeeze the juice, which should be stored in the refrigerator in a tightly sealed container.
Take the juice 3 times a day at 30 ml, without increasing the dose, as this may cause negative consequences. During the cleansing period, exclude pastries, meat, and starches from your diet.
At the beginning of the course, pain sensations may occur, but this is a normal reaction of the body to cleansing. After completing the course, many report an improvement in joint condition.
Cleansing Method by G. Malakhov
G. P. Malakhov improved the method of cleansing with black radish. For this, you need to take 10 kg of tubers, press the juice out, and store it in the refrigerator. The pulp is mixed with honey (300 g per 1 kg) and left under pressure for fermentation.
Start taking the juice with 1 teaspoon an hour after meals, gradually increasing the dose to 100 ml. It is important to monitor liver conditions and, if necessary, use a heating pad or hot baths.
This cleansing course can be repeated 1-2 times a year while maintaining a plant-based diet.
Cleansing Joints with Rice
Another effective cleansing method is using rice. For this, take 1 cup of rice, soak it for 3 days, then boil it. Divide the resulting porridge into 4 portions and consume it throughout the day, drinking water.
This cleansing not only helps the joints but also aids in weight loss. It is better to use unpolished dark rice for maximum effect.
After the cleansing course, the joints become more mobile and elastic.

Jerusalem artichoke can also be used for cleansing. Boil 2 kg of chopped stems and leaves in 5-8 liters of water, then use the broth for baths. Procedures are performed daily, ensuring rest after each bath.
