Effective Folk Remedies for Rheumatism

Classic recipe for folk treatment of rheumatism using lilac:
To prepare the tincture, take 1/4 cup of flowers and chopped lilac buds, add 1 cup of alcohol or vodka. The tincture should be infused in a dark place at room temperature for 8-10 days. It is recommended to take 20-30 drops of the alcohol tincture or 50 drops of vodka three times a day. This remedy effectively helps relieve joint pain in rheumatism.
Gymnastics for relieving joint rheumatism:
In joint rheumatism, it is useful to perform a set of exercises: stand straight, feet shoulder-width apart, straighten your chest and draw your shoulder blades together. Perform all movements slowly and smoothly, counting to 8. Repeat each exercise 8 times.
Tilt your head forward, pull your chin down until you feel a slight pain in your neck and back, counting to 8. Then relax, counting to 8 and return to the starting position. Make head turns to the left and right, pulling your head and turning your eyes as if you want to turn around 180 degrees, counting from 1 to 8 on each side.
Hands on hips, body turns to the left 8 times, then to the right 8 times. Extend your arms in front of you, fingers pointing down, pull with strength until you feel slight pain, counting to 8.
Extend your arms with fingers up. Raise your leg off the floor by 10 cm and pull your heel, counting to 8, then your toe - also to 8.
Repeat this for the second leg. If you do everything correctly, you will feel that you've sweated. Don't forget to slowly relax, counting to 8.
Using fly agaric for treating rheumatism:
A decoction of fly agaric is an excellent remedy for rubbing when dealing with rheumatism. Fresh or slightly overripe fly agaric can be used to rub painful joints. After use, wash your hands thoroughly with soap.
Birch bud ointment for treating joints:
Healers prepare an ointment from birch buds for treating joint diseases, including rheumatism and gout. For this, 1 cup of buds is ground into powder and mixed with 0.5 kg of fresh internal fat. The mixture is placed in the oven in a clay pot and simmered for 3 hours over 7 days. After that, the hot fat is poured into jars, and the leftovers are discarded. The prepared remedy should be rubbed into the painful joint. Pain decreases after the first procedure.
Birch leaves as a remedy for rheumatism:
Birch leaves can be used for treating rheumatism by applying them to painful joints throughout the summer, as well as for sciatica and neuralgia. Wrap the painful areas of the body with a sheet heavily sprinkled with crushed birch leaves, or immerse your legs in bags of crushed leaves overnight. This causes pleasant warmth in the legs and sweating, which is a sign of body purification. Rheumatic pains should decrease after one procedure.
Adam's root against rheumatism:
For treating joint rheumatism, rub 100 g of Adam's root on a fine grater, pour 0.5 liters of vodka, and add a little sunflower oil to reduce burning. The tincture should be infused for three days and used for rubbing the affected areas.
Radish juice as a folk remedy for arthritis:
Mix 1.5 cups of radish juice, 1 cup of honey, half a cup of vodka, and one tablespoon of salt. Mix everything thoroughly and rub into the affected areas to treat rheumatism.
Garlic and vodka for treating rheumatism:
Prepare a tincture from 40 g of crushed garlic in 100 ml of vodka. The tincture should be infused in a dark place at room temperature for 7 to 10 days, shaking it occasionally. Strain and take 10 drops 2-3 times a day 20-30 minutes before meals.
Beans as a remedy for joint rheumatism:
A proven method for treating rheumatism is a decoction of 20 g of crushed bean pods in 1 liter of water. Boil for 3-4 hours, cool, and strain. It is recommended to drink half a cup a day.
