Oats:
Pour oat grains with water in a ratio of 1:10, steep for a day, then strain. It is recommended to drink 1/2 cup 2-3 times a day before meals.
To make a decoction, use 100 g of oat flakes per liter of cold water, steep for 4 hours, then boil until thickened and consume.
Cottage Cheese: a daily portion of 100 g of fresh cottage cheese will be beneficial.
Lemon Peel: chew on lemon peel rich in essential oils to improve health.
Garlic: eat one large clove of garlic on an empty stomach, possibly on black bread with some salt.
Walnuts, Raisins, Cheese: Tibetan medicine recommends mixing 30 g of walnut kernels, 2 g of raisins, and 20 g of cheese. This amount is meant for one serving.
Apricots and Dried Apricots: increase the consumption of apricots or dried apricots to improve condition.
Viburnum: pour a glass of viburnum berries with a liter of hot water, boil for 8-10 minutes, strain, and add 3 tablespoons of honey. Consume 1/2 cup 3-4 times a day.
Cardamom: use cardamom in small doses as an addition to tea and vegetables to stimulate heart function and improve digestion. It is used in Indian medicine.
Lily of the Valley Flowers: pour 1 teaspoon of lily of the valley flowers with a glass of boiling water, boil for 10 minutes, cool, and strain. Take 1 tablespoon 3 times a day.
Valerian: pour 1 tablespoon of crushed valerian roots with a glass of cold water, steep for 8-12 hours. It is recommended to take 1 tablespoon 3-4 times a day.
Motherwort:
Pour 4 tablespoons of motherwort herb with a glass of boiling water, heat in a water bath for 15 minutes, cool, and strain. Bring the resulting infusion to a volume of a glass and take 1/3 glass twice a day an hour before meals.
Motherwort tincture on 70% alcohol in a ratio of 1:5. Take 30-50 drops 3-4 times a day.
Infusion of Woolly Foxglove Leaves: 0.5-1 g of leaves per glass of water. Take 1 tablespoon 3-4 times a day.
Honey: consume 1 teaspoon 2-3 times a day with milk, cottage cheese, or fruits. Avoid combining honey with hot tea, as this may increase the burden on the heart.
Rosehip and Honey: pour 1 tablespoon of dry rosehip fruits with 2 glasses of boiling water, boil for 10 minutes, cool, and add 1 tablespoon of honey. Drink 1/4 glass 2-3 times a day.
Ephedra Herb: 15 g of ephedra herb in 2-3 glasses of water, boil down to half, take 2 tablespoons 2-3 times a day before meals for 2-3 months.
Mint: use 1 teaspoon of mint herb per glass of boiling water, steep for 20 minutes, strain, and drink on an empty stomach half an hour before meals.
Chicory: pour 1-2 teaspoons of chicory herb with a glass of boiling water, steep for 20 minutes, strain, and drink 1/2 glass 2-3 times a day before meals.
St. John's Wort: 2-3 tablespoons of St. John's wort herb in 2 glasses of boiling water. Infuse and take 1/2 glass 3-4 times a day before meals.
Hawthorn:
One tablespoon of dried hawthorn berries in a glass of boiling water. Infuse for 2 hours in a thermos and take 1-2 tablespoons 3-4 times a day before meals.
10 g of hawthorn berries in 100 ml of vodka, infuse for 10 days. Take 10 drops in 1/2 glass of water 3 times a day before meals.
Herbal Mixture: mix valerian roots (1 part), anise fruits (2 parts), yarrow herb (1 part), and lemon balm leaves (1 part). Pour 1 tablespoon of the mixture with 1 glass of boiling water, steep for 30 minutes, and take throughout the day.
Rhodiola Rosea: pour crushed dry roots of Rhodiola rosea with 70% alcohol in a ratio of 1:10. Steep for 7 days and take 10-20 drops 3 times a day.
Ginseng: pour crushed dry ginseng root with 70% alcohol in a ratio of 1:10. Steep for a week and take 10-15 drops 2-3 times a day.
