Inhalations with Pine Buds: To ease breathing, prepare a decoction from 3 tablespoons of pine buds, breathe over the steam while covered with a blanket. After the procedure, it is advisable to stay home for 2-3 hours for better effect.
Using Dry Mustard: Put some dry mustard in your socks and go to sleep. This method helps with nasal congestion.
St. John's Wort or Calendula Infusion: Instill 2-3 drops of St. John's Wort, calendula, or yarrow infusion (prepare 2 tablespoons of herbs in a cup of boiling water) into your nose 3-4 times a day to alleviate rhinitis symptoms.
Clove: Brew 10 cloves in a cup of boiling water and let it steep until it turns brown. Use 1-2 drops in each nostril several times a day. Gargling with the infusion can help with sore throat and adenoids.
Kalanchoe Juice: Instill 3-5 drops of freshly squeezed juice from Kalanchoe leaves (known as the live tree) into your nose 2-3 times a day to improve the condition.
Aloe Juice: It is recommended to instill 3-5 drops of fresh aloe juice into each nostril 4-5 times a day. After instilling, tilt your head back and gently massage the wings of the nose for better effect.
Eucalyptus: For treatment, use an oil solution or infusion of eucalyptus leaves, instilling 2-3 drops in each nostril (for children, 1-2 drops) 3 times a day.
