Honey Compress: To create a compress, take a thick linen cloth, cut it in the shape of a "T" to fit the size of your nose and brow area. Heat 1 tablespoon of honey and evenly apply it to the cloth. Stick the compress on your face, cover it with plastic wrap, and wrap it with a warm scarf. Settle under a blanket and repeat the procedure 10 times for effect.
Herbal Inhalation: Prepare a mixture of 5 g of walnut leaves, 10 g of yarrow herb, and 15 g of plantain leaves. Pour 200 ml of boiling water, let it steep for 1 hour, strain, and use 50 ml for each inhalation to improve breathing.
Inhalation with Calendula: Mix 10 g of calendula flowers, 5 g of geranium herb, and 15 g of chamomile flowers, and pour 200 ml of boiling water. The infusion will be ready in 1 hour. Use 50 ml for inhalation to relieve sinusitis symptoms.
Herbal Rinses: Prepare an infusion of yarrow, calendula, coltsfoot, cherry blossom flowers, and mint (10 g each in 200 ml of water). Introduce 3-5 ml of the infusion into the maxillary sinuses after rinsing with saline solution for improved condition.
Heating with Boiled Eggs: For warming the area of the maxillary sinuses, use hard-boiled eggs. Wrap the eggs in a towel and place them on both sides of the nose, keeping them until they cool completely. The best time for the procedure is at night.
Treatment with Horseradish Root: Grate horseradish root and mix it with the juice of 2-3 lemons in a 1/3 cup ratio. Take 0.5 teaspoons in the mornings 20-25 minutes before meals. Continue the course for 3-4 months with a 2-week break to avoid exacerbations.
Inhalation with Viburnum Bark: Mix 10 g of viburnum bark, 10 g of St. John's wort herb, and 15 g of nettle leaves. Pour 200 ml of water, bring to a boil, and steep for 1 hour. Use 100 ml for each inhalation, repeating 3-5 times per course.
Inhalation with Yarrow: Take 10 g of yarrow herb, 15 g of plantain, and 5 g of immortelle flowers, pour 200 ml of boiling water, and steep for 1 hour. Use 100 ml for inhalation to reduce inflammation.

Honey and Sauna: For easing purulent sinusitis, use honey. Coat your body with honey and enter the sauna. The procedure is complete when no sweet taste remains on your skin. Do not rinse and wrap yourself in a blanket. Repeat 3 times with intervals of 3 days for better effect.
Ointment of Honey and Onion: Mix equal parts of honey, milk, alcohol, onion juice, vegetable oil, and grated dark household soap. Melt in a water bath, cool, and store in the refrigerator. Insert tampons with the ointment into the nostrils 3 times a day for 15 minutes for 3 weeks; if necessary, repeat after 10 days.
