Field Horsetail: To prepare an infusion, take 2 teaspoons of field horsetail herb and pour a glass of boiling water over it. Infuse for an hour, then strain and consume throughout the day.
Herbal Mixture: Mix 25 grams each of bearberry and cranberry leaves. Pour 2 liters of cold water, heat it to 70 degrees, and evaporate it to 1 liter. Take 50 ml three times a day an hour before meals for a month.
Parsley: The galenic compounds in parsley seeds promote increased diuresis and have anti-inflammatory effects on the renal pelvis and bladder. To prepare an infusion, use 1 teaspoon of dried seeds, pouring 400 ml of boiling water over it. Infuse for 2 hours and take half a glass 4 times a day, 10-15 minutes before meals, for cystitis, nephritis, and pyelonephritis.
You can also replace the infusion of parsley seeds with freshly squeezed juice from parsley roots and greens. It is recommended to drink 1 tablespoon 3 times a day, 10-15 minutes before meals. The treatment course lasts 40 days, after which a 14-day break should be taken. During menstruation, a rest is recommended.
For children under 14 years, the dosage should be reduced by half.
Powder made from dried, finely ground seeds can be consumed in doses of 0.5 grams, 3 times a day with meals.
Quince Seeds: For cystitis, it is recommended to eat quince seeds. To do this, take several fruits, cut them, and extract the seeds. Consume the seeds for two days, and the symptoms of cystitis will disappear.
Diet: It is recommended to follow a diet with limited salt (no more than 5 grams per day), reduced fluid intake (up to 1-1.5 liters), and animal proteins (meat). During remission, it is important to avoid infectious diseases, overwork, and hypothermia. Exclude salted and smoked foods, canned goods, and similar products from the diet.
Rosehip: It is recommended to drink 2 cups of rosehip fruit infusion per day.
Cranberry Leaves: Pour 2 tablespoons of cranberry leaves with a glass of boiling water and heat in a water bath for 30 minutes. Take half a glass 2-3 times a day.
