All ingredients should be crushed and thoroughly mixed. Then, 2 tablespoons of the mixture should be poured with 0.5 liters of boiling water and infused for 30 minutes, after which it should be strained. It is recommended to take 1/4 cup three times a day before meals for 3 weeks, after which a break of 3 weeks should be taken and the course repeated.
