Liver Cleansing for Stone Removal:
Traditional medicine suggests liver cleansing as a way to combat stones, especially if they are small. This method allows for the treatment of gallstone disease without surgical intervention. Before beginning the procedure, it is necessary to cleanse the colon using enemas made from 2 liters of boiled room temperature water, with the addition of 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar or 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice. It is important not to use citric acid! Enemas are recommended to be performed in the morning after natural defecation, and if necessary, in the evening as well.
During the cleansing process, your diet should be light, high in fiber, and with minimal protein intake. Such a diet should be followed for at least 4 days.
Then, before liver cleansing, for three days you should drink only apple juice, excluding all other foods and even water. Enemas continue during this time. On the third day of juice fasting, at 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM (when the liver is most active), you need to prepare 150-300 grams of olive oil and the same amount of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Lie on your right side on a warm heating pad and take warmed olive oil at body temperature, 30-45 grams at a time, washing it down with an equal amount of lemon juice. This should be done while lying down, with a 15-minute interval, until everything is consumed. The procedure will take 2-2.5 hours. During this time, try not to get out of bed.
If nausea occurs, you can try smelling the crust of rye bread or rinse your mouth after each intake of oil and lemon juice. In case of severe nausea, wait until it passes before taking the next portion.
After completing the intake, try to fall asleep. In the morning, start doing enemas every 1-2 hours. This will help to eliminate bile, cholesterol plugs, and gallstones.
If you cannot sleep due to nausea or headache, you can perform an enema soon after the procedure.
It is recommended to cleanse the liver every three months.
