Effective Folk Remedies for Bladder Inflammation

Herbal Tea for Bladder Health:
Tea Ingredients:
- Black leaf tea - 100 g
- Green large-leaf tea - 100 g
- St. John's wort - 2 tbsp
- Bearberry - 2 tbsp
- Rose hips - 3 tbsp
- Lingonberry leaves - 2 tbsp
- Juniper berries - 1 tbsp
- Birch buds or leaves - 1 tbsp
- Cornflowers - 2 tbsp
- Corn stigmas - 1 tbsp
All herbs should be thoroughly crushed and mixed until a homogeneous mass is obtained. To prepare the tea, take 2 tbsp of the resulting mixture and pour 0.5 liters of boiling water over it. The infusion should be left in a thermos overnight. It is recommended to drink the beverage half an hour before meals throughout the day. This collection helps improve the functioning of the kidneys, bladder, and prostate gland.
Treatment with Parsley Root: if bladder inflammation arose after having the flu or angina, try an infusion made from parsley root. To do this, thoroughly wash the root, cut it into slices about 0.5 cm thick, and pour 0.5 liters of boiling water over it. Let it steep for 30 minutes and drink throughout the day. It is recommended to continue treatment for at least 12 days.
