Effective Folk Remedies for Cystitis

Cranberry and Lingonberry for Cystitis Treatment:
Cranberries and lingonberries have powerful diuretic properties, making them indispensable in treating cystitis. It is recommended to consume their juices in pure form or diluted with water for maximum effect. Drinking an infusion of lingonberry leaves is also beneficial, as it helps improve the condition.
Lingonberry Leaf Infusion Recipe:
Brew 2 teaspoons of lingonberry leaves in 1 cup of water, bring to a boil, and simmer for 15 minutes. Let it steep for 2 hours, then strain. Take 1/2 cup 4 times a day before meals.
Cloudberry Leaf Infusion:
Pour 1 tablespoon of cloudberry leaves with 1 cup of boiling water, let steep for 30 minutes, and strain. Consume 1/4 cup 4 times a day to improve the condition of the urinary tract.
Yarrow Herb Infusion:
Pour 2 teaspoons of yarrow herb with 1 cup of boiling water, let steep for 1 hour, and strain. Drink 1/4 cup 4 times a day before meals to alleviate inflammatory processes.
Pennywort Herb Infusion:
Pour 1 tablespoon of pennywort herb with 1 cup of boiling water. Drink 1/2 cup 3-4 times a day.
Field Horsetail Decoction:
Pour 2 tablespoons of horsetail with 1 liter of water, boil for 10 minutes, then steep for 20 minutes and strain. Consume 1 cup 2-3 times a day. Horsetail can also be used as a compress on the lower abdomen to relieve symptoms.
Treatment with Parsley Seeds and Bearberry Leaves:
Mix 20 g of parsley seeds and 30 g of bearberry leaves. Infuse one tablespoon of the mixture in a cup of cold water for 6 hours, then boil for 7-10 minutes and strain. Consume in small sips throughout the day.
Bearberry Decoction Recipe:
Pour 1 tablespoon of bearberry with 1 cup of boiling water and simmer gently for 4-5 minutes. Add a little soda and let it steep for 1-2 hours. Take warm 20-30 minutes before meals, 1/2 cup 3-4 times a day.
Parsley as an Effective Remedy for Cystitis:
The galenic compounds in parsley promote diuresis and have anti-inflammatory effects. Pour 1 teaspoon of dried seeds with 400 g of boiling water, let steep for 2 hours, and drink 1/2 cup 4 times a day 10-15 minutes before meals. The treatment course lasts 40 days with a 14-day break.
Quince Seeds for Alleviating Cystitis Symptoms:
It is recommended to consume quince seeds. Cut a few fruits, enough 2-3 pieces, extract the seeds, and eat them within two days to improve the condition.
Herbal Mix with White Acacia:
Mix 2 tablespoons of white acacia flowers, marigold flowers, and the roots of creeping couch grass in a ratio of 10:5:2, pour 1.5 cups of water, and boil for 7-8 minutes. Let steep for 1 hour, strain. Take 1/4 cup 3-4 times a day before meals.
Sit Baths with Iodine:
Fill a basin with hot water, add a little iodine, and sit over it for 15 minutes to alleviate the condition.
Milk Baths:
Heat 2-3 liters of homemade milk to a comfortable temperature and take a bath until the milk cools down.
Pharmacy Chamomile:
Prepare a strong chamomile decoction, add hot water to attain a comfortable temperature, and take a sit bath for 15-20 minutes. Repeat the procedure for several days if necessary to improve the condition.
Parsley Infusion for Cellulite and Cystitis:
Pour 2 tablespoons of parsley with 1 cup of boiling water, let steep for 5 minutes, and strain. Drink 1 cup a day for two weeks.
Steam Therapy with Turpentine:
For this procedure, you will need a preheated red brick, which can be heated on the stove or in the oven. Place it in a bucket, wrap it for convenience, and add 5 drops of turpentine. Sit over the bucket and conduct the procedure for 30-40 minutes. Turpentine vapors help to warm the pelvic area.
