There are contraindications. Consult your doctor.
Treatment of prostatitis with Kalanchoe tincture:
To prepare the tincture, you need to take 1 cup of finely chopped Kalanchoe leaves and pour 0.5 liters of vodka over them. Infuse in a dark place for 4-5 days. It is recommended to take 1 teaspoon before meals once a day. As your condition improves, you can reduce the dose to 1-2 teaspoons per month.

Keep your legs together and stay in this position as long as you can tolerate, but no longer than 10 minutes, as burning may occur.

It is recommended to consume pumpkin seeds year-round, 1 cup per day. You can also undertake a treatment course once a year: pass 0.5 kg of peeled pumpkin seeds (not roasted) through a meat grinder, mix with 1 cup of liquid honey (do not heat!). Form balls slightly larger than a hazelnut. Store some at room temperature and the other part in the refrigerator. Take one ball on an empty stomach 30 minutes before meals. One treatment course consists of one batch of balls.
