Folk Remedies for Effective Treatment of Periodontitis

Treatment of periodontitis using unrefined oil:
It is recommended to hold unrefined vegetable oil in the mouth twice a day. The course of treatment lasts for 6 months.
Green tea as a remedy to improve gum health:

Oak bark - a natural remedy for fighting periodontitis:
Prepare an infusion from 2 tablespoons of crushed oak bark in a glass of boiling water. Let it steep for 30 minutes, strain, and use for rinsing.
Watercress as a prevention of periodontitis:
Regular consumption of young leaves or sprouted watercress seeds helps strengthen the gums.
Comfrey as a folk remedy for treating periodontitis:
Brew 10 grams of comfrey roots in a glass of water, boil for 10 minutes, strain and use for rinsing.
Marigold - an effective folk medicine:
An infusion of 2 teaspoons of marigold flowers in 2 glasses of boiling water will help with periodontitis. Let it steep for 30 minutes and use for rinsing.
