Heavy Menstruation: Effective Folk Remedies

Infusion of Strawberry Leaves:
To prepare the infusion, use one tablespoon of leaves, which should be poured with two cups of water. Infuse for 6-8 hours. It is recommended to take half a tablespoon each day. Alternatively, brew one tablespoon of leaves with a cup of boiling water and infuse for 30 minutes, then strain. Consume one tablespoon 3-4 times a day.
Decoction of Pepper Grass:
For a medicinal decoction, take 12 grams of the herb and pour 200 ml of boiling water. Take one tablespoon three times a day.
Decoction of Snake Gourd Roots:
Prepare the decoction in a ratio of 1:10, boil in a water bath for 30 minutes, and then strain. Consume one tablespoon 3 times a day.
Viburnum:
Pour a cup of boiling water over 10 grams of viburnum berries. Boil for 30 minutes, cool, and strain. It is recommended to take one tablespoon 3 times a day before meals.
Bloodroot:
For the decoction, take 20 grams of roots per cup of boiling water and boil for 30 minutes. Consume one tablespoon 4 times a day before meals.
Motherwort:
Pour 15 grams of herb with a cup of boiling water and infuse for 15 minutes. It is recommended to drink one tablespoon 3 times a day before meals.
Herbal Mixture:
Mix 5 parts of bindweed herb, 3 parts of nettle leaves, and 1 part each of oak bark and chamomile flowers. Pour two tablespoons of the mixture with one liter of hot water, bring to a boil, and boil for 5 minutes. Take one cup in the morning and evening.

Take one tablespoon of strawberry leaves and pour with two cups of cold boiled water. Infuse for 6-8 hours, strain, and take half a cup daily in case of heavy menstruation.
