Infusion of coltsfoot:
To prepare an effective infusion, pour one liter of boiling water over 50 grams of crushed coltsfoot leaves. Let it steep for 60 minutes, then strain. The resulting infusion is perfect for douching.
Chamomile and potentilla:
Mix equal parts of chamomile flowers and potentilla roots. Pour two cups of boiling water over one tablespoon of the mixture and let it sit overnight. In the morning, strain and use for douching.
Herbal mixture for douching:
The composition includes: oregano herb - 4 parts, oak bark - 6 parts, marshmallow root - 1 part. Pour one liter of boiling water over five tablespoons of this mixture, steep for 2-3 minutes, and strain. Use the infusion for douching twice a day.
Plantain and chamomile:
Mix equal parts of plantain herb and chamomile flowers. Pour half a liter of boiling water over two tablespoons of the mixture and let it steep for one hour. Use the resulting infusion for douching.
Herbal collection:
The composition includes: St. John's wort herb - 1 part, thyme herb - 2 parts, coltsfoot leaf - 2 parts, nettle leaf - 1 part, buckthorn bark - 1 part, calamus rhizome - 2 parts. Place two tablespoons of the mixture in a thermos and pour two cups of boiling water over it for the night. In the morning, strain and take half a glass three times a day.
