How to Prepare Chaga Infusion: It is recommended to take 30 g of chaga infusion (solution 1:5) half an hour before meals three times a day.
On even days, tampons soaked in thick chaga infusion should be used, inserting them into the vagina at night for maximum effect.
On odd days, it is recommended to use tampons with Vishnevsky ointment. A few drops of rose or lavender oil can be added to the tampon to enhance the aroma, applying the ointment in moderation.
During menstruation, all procedures should be paused 3-4 days before the start of the cycle, as well as during and after its conclusion. The treatment course usually lasts from two to three months.
To prepare the chaga infusion, thoroughly rinse it with cold water (some herbalists even use soap). Then soak the chaga in cold boiled water. Quality mature chaga sinks. The mushroom should be infused for 5-8 hours until fully softened.
After that, the chaga needs to be chopped with a hatchet, chopper, or grated. The water in which the mushroom was infused is also used to prepare the infusion.
Then, one part of the chopped chaga is poured with five parts of the remaining water and heated to 50°C. It should be infused for 48 hours. After this, the water is drained, and the sediment is squeezed through four layers of gauze.
When treating with chaga, it is recommended to follow a milk-plant diet that includes cereals, bran, and a large amount of carrots and beets. Fatty foods, meat, and smoked products, especially canned goods, should be excluded from the diet.
It is important to remember that during treatment with chaga, the use of antibiotics and aspirin is contraindicated, as well as intravenous administration of glucose.
The course of treatment with chaga preparations is conducted over 3-5 months with weekly breaks between courses.
