Birch Bark Infusion and Lemon Juice: To effectively combat gum fungus, you will need 1 tablespoon of birch bark infusion and 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice, diluted halfway with water. It is recommended to perform mouth baths for 10 minutes three times a day. This infusion not only fights the fungal infection but also helps dissolve stones in the salivary glands and alleviates symptoms of glossalgia. It is important to take B vitamins during treatment. Instead of birch bark, you can use birch buds in the same amount. Do not panic due to the initial burning or itching sensation in the oral cavity—these are temporary manifestations that will disappear after a full course of treatment lasting three weeks. After each 10-minute mouth bath, it is recommended to take a 5-minute break. Then, rinse your mouth with horseradish infusion in a 1:1 ratio. To prepare it, fill a jar halfway with grated fresh horseradish root, fill it with water to the rim, close the lid, and let it sit for an hour. After this, dilute 1 tablespoon of the resulting infusion in 30 ml of cold water and rinse your mouth until thick saliva appears, then spit it out. This procedure can be repeated 3-4 times a day after meals. The main thing is to be patient in fighting the ailment and not to stop halfway.
