Tincture of the roots and rhizomes of Rhodiola rosea: To prepare it, use 40% alcohol in a ratio of 1:5. It is recommended to take 30-40 drops twice a day for best results.
Rhodiola extract: Take 5-10 drops 2-3 times a day, 15-30 minutes before meals. The course duration is from 10 to 20 days.
Burning stonecrop: For the infusion, use 20 grams of the herb in 200 ml of boiling water. It is recommended to take 1 tablespoon three times a day.
