Effective Folk Remedies for Treating Gastritis with High Acidity

Potato Juice:
It is recommended to consume fresh potato juice 3/4 cup on an empty stomach 60 minutes before meals. Remember to take 10-day breaks between courses.
Apple Blossom:
Brew a teaspoon of apple blossom in a cup of boiling water. Consume the infusion in small portions throughout the day.
Burdock Root:
Pour two cups of boiling water over a teaspoon of crushed burdock root, infuse for 12 hours, then strain. Drink half a cup of warm infusion 2-4 times a day.
Pour a cup of boiling water over a teaspoon of burdock root, simmer on low heat for 5-10 minutes, cool, and strain. Take 1 tablespoon of the decoction 3-4 times a day.
Dried Plantain Leaves:
Brew a tablespoon of dried plantain leaves in a cup of boiling water, infuse for 10 minutes, strain. Consume in small sips 1 hour before meals (daily norm).
Fresh Plantain Leaves with Honey:
Crush and squeeze the juice from fresh plantain leaves, mix with equal parts honey, and boil for 20 minutes. Take 2-3 tablespoons a day.
Mint:
Pour two tablespoons of mint leaves with two cups of boiling water, infuse for 20 minutes, strain. Consume 1/2-1 cup 15-20 minutes before meals 2-3 times a day.
Potentilla Root:
Pour one tablespoon of potentilla root with a cup of water, simmer under a lid on low heat for 20 minutes, cool, and strain. Take 1 tablespoon 3-5 times a day.
Meadow Geranium Roots:
Pour 30 grams of crushed meadow geranium roots with 1.5 cups of water, bring to a boil, simmer on low heat or in a water bath for 30 minutes, cool, and strain. Consume 1 tablespoon every 2 hours.
Coltsfoot:
Brew 10 grams of coltsfoot in 200 ml of boiling water. Take 2-3 tablespoons 3-4 times a day.
Onion Juice:
Consume onion juice 1 teaspoon 3-4 times a day.
Sage:
Brew 2 teaspoons of sage leaves in two cups of boiling water, infuse for 30 minutes, strain. Take 1 tablespoon every 2 hours.
Barley:
Pour a tablespoon of crushed barley with a cup of boiling water, infuse for 4-5 hours, boil for 10 minutes, strain. Consume a quarter cup 4 times a day.
Ivan-Tea:
Take 10 grams of dried ivan-tea leaves, pour with 1 cup of boiling water, boil for 15 minutes. Consume 1 tablespoon 3 times a day before meals.
Sea Buckthorn:
Pour 3 tablespoons of sea buckthorn berries with 0.5 liters of hot water, boil for 10 minutes on low heat, strain. Add honey to taste and drink like tea, 2-3 cups a day, preferably on an empty stomach.
Birds' Ground:
Pour 1 tablespoon of birds' ground herb with 1/2 liter of hot water, boil for 10 minutes, cool, and strain. Consume half a cup 3-4 times a day.
Lingonberry Leaves:
Brew a tablespoon of lingonberry leaves in a cup of boiling water, infuse for 30 minutes, strain. Take 1 tablespoon 3-4 times a day.
Brew a tablespoon of lingonberry leaves in a cup of boiling water, boil for 5-10 minutes. Take 1 tablespoon 3-4 times a day.
Chokeberry:
Regular consumption of black chokeberry (aronia) is beneficial.
Strawberry (leaves, roots):
Pour a tablespoon of strawberry leaves and roots with 2 cups of water, infuse for 6-8 hours, strain. Consume half a cup daily.
Tansy:
Pour 25 grams of tansy flowers with 100 ml of alcohol. Take 30-40 drops 3 times a day.
Oregano and Chamomile:
Mix oregano and chamomile flowers in equal proportions. Brew two teaspoons of the mixture in a cup of boiling water, boil for 10 minutes, strain. Consume 1 cup of decoction in the morning and evening.
Flax Seeds, Chamomile, Yarrow:
Mix 10 grams of flax seeds, 20 grams of yarrow, and 20 grams of chamomile flowers. Consume half a cup of infusion 4-5 times a day for gastritis with high acidity. Brew two teaspoons of the mixture in a cup of boiling water, boil for 10 minutes, strain. Consume 1 cup of decoction in the morning and evening.
Herbal Collection:
Mix celandine (1 part), chamomile flowers (2 parts), yarrow (2 parts), and St. John's wort (2 parts). Brew a tablespoon of the mixture in a cup of boiling water, infuse for 20 minutes. Take 1/3 - 1/2 cup 3 times a day 20-30 minutes before meals.
Whey, Oats, Honey, Alcohol:
Leave 5 liters of milk in a warm place to sour. Bring to a boil, do not boil. Drain the curd, boil sifted oats in the whey in a proportion of 5:1, i.e., 5 parts of whey and 1 part of oats. Boil for 3-4 hours on very low heat. Cool, strain, discard the oats. Add 300 grams of honey and 125 grams of alcohol to the whey. Store in the refrigerator. Take 30 grams before meals 15-20 minutes prior to eating, shaking before use. It is recommended to drink 3 portions, and the drink should be at room temperature.
Quince:
Infuse whole quince seeds (5 grams) in 1 liter of cold water. Take the resulting mucilaginous mass 1/3-1 cup 3-4 times a day for a soothing effect on the intestinal mucosa.
Oatmeal and Oat Jelly for Treating Stomach and Intestinal Diseases:
Oats are recommended during exacerbation of stomach ulcers, gastritis, pancreatitis, colitis, and poisoning. Oat jelly effectively regulates intestinal function in cases of constipation and diarrhea. To prepare medicinal jelly, pour the cereal with cold boiled water in a 1:1 ratio, add a little yeast or a piece of rye bread, and leave to ferment for 12 hours. Then carefully drain the liquid, bring to a boil, and the jelly is ready.
Garden Lettuce:
Brew a tablespoon of chopped garden lettuce leaves in a cup of boiling water, infuse for 1-2 hours, strain. Consume half a cup 2 times a day or 1 cup at night.
