Dandelion Roots: To prepare a healing infusion, brew 1 teaspoon of dandelion roots in 1.5 cups of water. Boil on low heat for 5 minutes and consume like tea to support liver health.
You can also make a sweet treat: layer dandelion flowers with sugar and leave under pressure for 1-2 weeks. Use the resulting mass instead of jam to improve digestion.
Herbal Mixture: Combine 10 g each of St. John's wort, tansy, yarrow, chamomile, burdock, rosehip, sage, elecampane, bird knotweed, and string. Pour 1 tablespoon of the mix into 0.5 liters of boiling water and let it steep. Take 1/3 to 1/2 a cup 30 minutes before meals three times a day for detoxification.
Birch Tar: Add 1 drop of birch tar to a tablespoon of fresh sour cream, mix thoroughly, and eat with a spoonful of honey. Start with 1 drop on the first day, gradually increasing the dose by one drop each day, reaching 10 drops on the 10th day, then reduce by one drop each day. This will be a 20-day course. If an allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use.
Pumpkin: It is recommended to eat 0.5 kg of grated raw pumpkin daily or drink half a glass of pumpkin juice for 3 months to maintain liver health.
Herbal Mixture: Mix chicory root, horsetail grass, and St. John's wort, adding 1 tablespoon of the mixture to a glass of boiling water. Let it steep for 30 minutes and drink 3/4 of a glass 2-3 times a day 15-20 minutes before meals to cleanse the body.
Honey and Blackcurrant: Mix 1 kg of honey with 1 kg of blackcurrant (you can use 300 g of soaked dried blackcurrant). Consume 1 teaspoon 3-4 times a day.
